Auction Terms & Conditions * All purchasers are required to register for a Bidder’s Number to bid and shall supply Graber Auctions with their full name, address and telephone number. A form of picture identification is required to verify information. * All purchases are to be paid in full day of auction. * Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase. * All items are sold "AS-IS". We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy. * All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License. * (TA) -means the TITLE is ABSENT- the seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received). * "IF" sales are conditional sales pending seller approval, buyer is bound by the contract unless a rejection is made by the seller at 5:00 the next business day. * Vehicles left on Auction Lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. * The vehicle title must be in the sellers name.
