* All purchases are to be PAID IN FULL day of auction via CASH or GOOD CHECK with proper I.D. and a Current Bank Confirmation Letter guaranteeing funds. (or Credit Card with a 3% convenience fee).
* No sales tax or buyer's premium will be charged on the Tools and Misc items for this auction. (With the exception of titled vehicles, A 7% Sales tax will be charged on the vehicles unless you hold a valid Auto Dealers license).
* Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase.
