Auction Terms & Conditions DOWN PAYMENT: A $10,000 down payment will be required on the day of auction. The down payment may be made in the form of check or cash and is non-refundable. YOU'RE BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, so be sure you have arranged financing if needed. ACCEPTANCE OF BID PRICES: The successful bidder will be required to sign a Purchase Agreements upon acceptance of final bid. (The final bid is subject to the Sellers acceptance or rejection). EVIDENCE OF TITLE: Seller shall provide an owners title insurance policy in the amount of the purchase price. DEED: Seller shall provide Warranty Deed(s). CLOSING: The balance of the purchase price is due at closing, which will take place in 45 days after the auction, or as soon thereafter as applicable closing documents are completed by the Seller.
